Tacoma City Council Member Rick Talbert was named chair of the five-member board for the Crystal Judson Family Justice Center for a one-year term on June 21. The center held its official opening earlier this year. It is a joint effort of Pierce County and the City of Tacoma to provide a one-stop resource for victims of domestic violence and their families.
