Proctor Arts Fest to bring art, entertainment to North End Aug. 6

A juried art show, live music and activities for kids and adults will take to the streets of the Proctor District Aug. 6 during the annual Proctor Arts Fest. The free event begins at 9 a.m. with the opening of the Farmers Market and will continue until 5 p.m. with other events, including hand-made craft sales.
