Powermatic, located in McMinnville, Tennessee, is a manufacturer of metalworking and woodworking machinery.De Vlieg-Bullard, Powermatics parent company, had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy leaving Powermatic available for acquisition.JET recently acquired Performax, of Shakopee, Minnesota. Closing of this most recent deal is scheduled for this week.”
