City Council members approved two resolutions May 10 that will allow multi-family housing limited property tax exemptions for two townhouse style apartment developments. One is for a 12-unit apartment development at 1614 E. 34th St. in the Lower Portland Avenue Mixed-Use Center and the other is for a 10-unit apartment development at 4023 S. Puget Sound Ave. in the Tacoma Mall Mixed-Use Center.
