PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Estate Administrator named below has been appointed as Administrator of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in PTC 8.04.340 by serving in writing with proper vouchers to the Administrator of the Estate’s Counsel at the address stated below. The claim must be presented within 90 days of Notice being given.
