THOMPSON, and all unknown heirs and devisees thereof; MARY DUNSMORE and JOHN DOE DUNSMORE, husband and wife; WILLIAM THOMPSON, JR., and JANE DOE THOMPSON, husband and wife; KENNETH THOMPSON and JANE DOE THOMPSON, husband and wife; and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real estate described in the complaint herein,

TO: Defendants the Unknown Heirs of William G. Thompson, the Unknown Heirs of Marlene M. Thompson, and All Other Persons or Parties Unknown Claiming any Rights, Title, Estate, Lien, or Interest in the Real Estate Described in the Complaint Herein.

A lawsuit has been started against you in the above-entitled court by Aaron Pambianco and Devin Pambianco, plaintiffs.

You are hereby summoned to appear within 60 days of the first publication of this summons to wit, within sixty days after the 2nd day of September, 2025, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiffs and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiffs at the office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

This action was filed in Pierce County Superior Court on July 21, 2025, pursuant to Plaintiffs’ claims against Defendants related to the Plaintiffs’ property located at 205 Corrin Ave SW Orting, Washington. This action brings claims against Defendants for Quiet Title. If you wish to seek the advice of an attorney in this matter, you should do so promptly so that your written response, if any, may be served on time.

This Summons is issued pursuant to Rule 4 of the Superior Court Civil Rules of the State of Washington.
