THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON IN AND FOR PIERCE COUNTY

IN THE ESTATE OF: DUANE A. & MARY R. HOPPMANN, Deceased.

NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE ESTATE THAT:

1. Belinda A. D’Aurora as Administrator of the above estate has filed the clerk of the court the final account and petition for distribution of the estate, requesting the court to settle the final account, distribute the property of the estate to the heirs or persons entitled thereto and discharge the Administrator the petition for distribution without accounting, requesting the court to find that all approved claims have been paid, determine the heirs or persons entitled to take under the will, and distribute the property of the estate to the persons entitled thereto;

2. The final account and petition for distribution will be heard in the probate department of the court at 1:30 pm on August 8, 2020, at which time and place any person interested in the estate may appear and file objection and contest the petition and or/final account.
