Promotional e-commerce company ImprintStore.com continues to expand its Company Store sales growth opportunities following a merger last week with it’s fast-growing off-line sales partner, CorpLogoWare. The formal merger follows a successful affiliation relationship which both companies have enjoyed together since January 2003.

The merger provides ImprintStore with increased capital resources for growth and a national sales force of over 70 experienced account executives across 20 states.

ImprintStore.com will continue to operate as the IMPRINT Store Division of Miami-based CorpLogoWare. All existing employees and affiliates of ImprintStore.com will be retained and continue operating from it’s current Tacoma sales and fulfillment center. This merger becomes CorpLogoWare’s third location in addition to its offices in Los Angeles and Miami.

Bill Kaufmann, CAS, ImprintStore.com President/CEO said, “Our shared technology vision and commitment for success, made the merger idea a no-brainer. I am unbelievably impressed with CorpLogoWare’s professionalism, integrity and depth of business savvy. They have some of the best and brightest folks in our business, and together we plan to be a major force in our industry during the next few years. We are excited to be a key part of such a powerful, dynamic team.”

The merger provides both company’s customers with among the broadest range of support, fulfillment and technology services available in the promotional incentive industry. This combination of a seasoned online service team – and a highly experienced sales force – appears to be a winning combination for ImprintStore.com – which has experienced 100 percent annual growth during the two past years.

CorpLogoWare CEO Jack Levine was equally pleased with the merger, stating, “By fully integrating the award-winning e-commerce capabilities of ImprintStore with CorpLogoWare’s technology and production services, we can now provide our customers with the broadest range of support and fulfillment services possible. The relationship with award-winning ImprintStore.com has already helped us in recruiting elite, highly experienced Account Executives who are seeking full-service Company Store capabilities for their larger national clients. Our company’s sales force has grown nearly 100 percent since the ImprintStore.com relationship was launched.”

Bill Kaufmann, founder and CEO of ImprintStore.com since the company was launched in 1999 will remain in charge of local the Tacoma IMPRINT Store Division.

Other key members of the IMPRINT Store staff include Tom Valentine, vice president of store program operations; Warren McCuistion, director of store program technology; and Mary Weger, senior account executive/store manager.
