Tacoma City Council is scheduled to consider two resolutions on Tues., Jan. 17, that if approved, would authorize the execution of a Multi-Family Housing Eight-Year Limited Property Tax Exemption Agreement with Mark Lawson, for the development of 17 new market-rate townhome rental housing units located at 2131 South G St. in the Downtown Mixed-Use Center; and would authorize the execution of a Multi-Family Housing Eight-Year Limited Property Tax Exemption Agreement with 252 Metropolitan LLC, for the development of 112 new market?rate rental housing units located at 252 Broadway in the Downtown Mixed-Use Center. Tacoma City Council meetings are held Tuesdays at 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers, first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market Street, Tacoma, Washington. TV Tacoma (Channel 12) airs the meetings live and replays them throughout the following week.
