The 2011-2012 Biennial Budget proposal will be considered by the City Council at a budget workshop on Tuesday. The workshop will be held Nov. 23 from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Council Chambers on the first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St. The workshop will be streamed live on the Web at http://www.tvtacoma.com and broadcast live on TV Tacoma.
