Members of the Tacoma City Council are scheduled March 30 to have a joint study session with the Foss Waterway Development Authority Board (FWDA). The FWDA and the Community and Economic Development Department are scheduled to provide an update on FWDA’s functions, responsibilities, successes and priorities for 2010 as well as the third operating agreement with the City. After the joint session, members of City Council are scheduled to receive a presentation from the Public Assembly Facilities Department and an overview from City staff regarding the Shoreline Master Plan.
