City Council is scheduled Dec. 8 to hear the final reading of an ordinance that would amend the municipal code related to entertainment and dancing establishments where alcohol is served. The revisions would require these establishments to provide reports to the Fire Marshal and Police Chief prior to license approval, set standards for approval and denial of such licenses, and require all security personnel to receive approved training.
