Members of the City Council are scheduled Aug. 25 to have a public hearing on the proposed surplus and dedication of a tract of land to Pierce County for a 10-foot-wide right?of-way located along 180th Street East as a predevelopment condition for approval of a necessary building permit. The hearing will be held at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St.
