Members of Tacoma City Council are scheduled to consider a resolution March 10 that would authorize a development agreement between the City of Tacoma and Point Ruston LLC, which would set forth mutual agreements for financing a redesign and construction of Ruston Way and related improvements. The improvements include the creation of a Local Improvement District, design and construction of roadway, utility distribution and other infrastructure within the 82-acre Point Ruston development site.
