City staff will conduct an informational session on proposed revisions to zoning and development regulations affecting 16 mixed-use centers on Weds., July 23 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market Street, 1st Floor. The purpose of the session is to answer questions the public may have about the proposed revisions prior to a public hearing by the Planning Commission on the changes which is scheduled for August 6, 2008 at 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The proposal includes changes to zoning districts, height limits, parking requirements and to landscaping, design and development standards.
