Resolution would authorize BNSF and ProLogis agreements

Council members are scheduled June 24 to consider a resolution that would authorize agreements with ProLogis and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company (BNSF) for the proposed sale of surplus property, possible vacation of right-of-way, and granting an air space easement for a future pedestrian overpass.
