The next session of the Government Leadership Institute held at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 25 will focus on the human and social services environment in Tacoma, emphasizing its strengths, weaknesses, and any barriers that currently inhibit the effective delivery of services to Tacoma residents. The free session will be held at the Keystone Building in the Carwein Auditorium, 1900 Commerce St., on the University of Washington Tacoma campus. The Government Leadership Institute is a cooperative effort between the City of Tacomas Neighborhood Council Office and the University of Washington Tacomas Urban Studies Program.
