The Tacoma Arts Commission wants to hear what citizens think about the proposed streamlining of three cultural services programs at a public hearing, at 5 p.m., Monday, Sept. 9.
The Commission will take public comment on combining the Community Arts Partners Program, Festivals Program and Neighborhood Arts Program into one funding program, called Arts Projects.
Citizens can testify at the hearing at Tacoma Municipal Building North, 728 St. Helens Ave., Room 16 or send written comments until Oct. 14 to the Culture and Tourism Division, 747 Market St., Room 1036, Tacoma, WA 98402.
