The next session of the Government Leadership Institute held at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 4 will focus on questions of why and how to pursue regional cooperation on some of the opportunities and barriers facing regional advocates. The free session will be held at the Keystone Building in the Carwein Auditorium, 1900 Commerce St., on the University of Washington Tacoma campus. The Government Leadership Institute is a cooperative effort between the City of Tacoma’s Neighborhood Council Office and the University of Washington Tacoma’s Urban Studies Program.
