The Budget and Finance Department and Director Patrick Kenney have received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 23rd consecutive year.
The award specifically recognizes the county’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, which was judged by an impartial panel to meet the Government Finance Officers Association’s standards, which included demonstrating a constructive spirit of full disclosure to clearly communicate its financial story and motivate user groups and potential users to read it.
