Resolution would sell City-owned property for mixed-income housing

City Council members are scheduled Oct. 30 to consider a resolution that could enable an option agreement and development agreement with Winthrop Hotel, L.L.C., to sell City-owned property at South 35th Street and Pacific Avenue for the construction of mixed-income housing.
