City Council members are scheduled July 10 to consider a resolution that would approve the Commute Trip Reduction Plan (CTR) and the Growth and Transportation Efficiency Center (GTEC) programs and authorize the submittal of the documents to the Puget Sound Regional Council and the Washington State Commute Trip Reduction Board for review and approval.
