Council could fund artist tribute to fallen police officers

The City Council approved a resolution Oct. 18 that allocates $150,000 from the Police Facility Construction Bond Fund for artist James Kelsey to create and install six memorial tributes to fallen Tacoma Police Department officers at the new police headquarters, the four new substations and the one existing substation.
