The Details:

Traveler is eligible for one free round-trip passenger fare. Valid identification must be provided at the ticket counter to verify date of birth.

Round-trip travel must be initiated on your actual birthday. You must return within 7 days of your actual birthday.

Free birthday fare cannot be retroactively applied to existing bookings. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

WALK-ON PASSENGERS

Please arrive at your designated terminal 20 to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Reservations are not required for walk-on passengers. Tickets can be purchased at an available ticket window in the terminal.

With terminals in the heart of both downtown Victoria and Port Angeles, a walk-on trip with the M.V. Coho is a convenient and affordable way to get into or out of town.

PASSENGERS WITH BICYCLES

When bringing your bicycle, please arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Reservations are not required. Tickets can be purchased at an available ticket window in the terminal. Bicycles load with walk-on passengers via the passenger ramp and the main terminal buildings.

Both Victoria and Port Angeles are extremely bike friendly, and cycling is a great way to explore either city. The M.V. Coho also has dedicated bicycle storage racks on board.

THINGS TO DO IN VICTORIA

On the Canadian side, Victoria’s Inner Harbour is a true spectacle. Enjoy world-class shopping, cafés and restaurants, or book a shuttle to head out of town and see the famous Butchart Gardens. Parking is available at a number of privately operated lots in Port Angeles, all within two blocks of our ferry terminal. Prices range from $5 – $15 per day.

With so much to see and do on the tourist trail in Victoria, it’s easy to forget just how many of Victoria’s attractions lie “off the beaten track.” But if you take the time to explore outside the box, you may be surprised at what you find.
