Transportation program, affordable housing highlight Tacoma City Council study session

Members of the Tacoma City Council are scheduled Nov. 17 to hear presentations regarding the Six-Year Transportation Program and the Private Property Inflow and Infiltration Sewer Program from Public Works staff. The Council is also scheduled to discuss the Neighborhoods and Housing Committee’s Affordable Housing Proposal. The other items of interest will include discussion of a 30-year lease agreement for Cheney Stadium and the process that the City Council will use to make appointments to two vacant Council Member positions.

The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
