Said deed of Trust is intended to secure performance of a Performance of a Promissory Note dated September 28, 2010, in the principal amount of $124,000.00, from PATMAR PROPERTIES, LLC as Maker of said Note, to STEVEN and RACHEL CARPMAIL as Holders. 2. No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation in any Court by reason of the Borrower's or Grantor's default on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust/Mortgage. 3. The default(s) for which this foreclosure is made is/are as follows: Failure to pay due the following amounts which are now in arrears: $124,507.27.
