Public Notice 2015-16 Human Services Stabilization Funds available: The City of Tacoma Neighborhood and Community Services Department is now accepting proposals for human services and community programs serving Tacoma residents. The area of available funding: * Human Services Stabilization Fund * Emergent Need * Budget Deficit Applications are only available on the e-CImpact online electronic system: https://agency.e-cimpact.com/login.aspx?org=COT. Agencies without an existing profile on the system must create a profile to access the application. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis as long as funds are available. Funding decisions will be made by the Human Services Commission.
