Port of Tacoma officials announced Monday a one-third-acre site on Tacoma’s tide flats is available for lease. The graveled and fenced yard (pictured), located at 2102 Taylor Way (on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Taylor Way), is zoned Maritime Industrial and is accessible via Taylor Way, Lincoln Avenue, Interstate 5, and State Route 509.
