Port of Tacoma officials announced Friday a 15,660-square-foot high bay, grade-level manufacturing warehouse on Tacoma’s tide flats is available for lease. The site (pictured below), located at 401 Alexander Ave. (Building 407), is served by Tacoma Rail accessible via Interstate 5 and State Route 509. More information is available online here.
