Port of Tacoma officials announced Wednesday a 3.74-acre paved and fenced yard on Tacoma’s tide flats is available for lease. The site (pictured below), located at 1602 Marine View Drive, is close to Port of Tacoma terminals, zoned Maritime Industrial, and accessible via Interstate 5 and State Route 509.
