PIERCE TRANSIT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by Pierce Transit as part of the Board of Commissioners meeting on August 8, 2016. The meeting begins at 4:00 p.m. and is held in the Pierce Transit Training Center, Rainier Conference Room, 3720 96th Street S.W., Lakewood, Washington. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public comment on the proposal to declare the property located at 415 East 25th Street, Tacoma, WA 98421 (parcel #2075210034) as surplus property. The property is proposed to be used for transit-oriented development to include approximately 100 units of apartment housing with ground floor commercial uses.
