Action on Ordinances
Proposal No. 2003-104, updating the Growth Management Act population allocations to the cities, towns and unincorporated areas of Pierce County for the year 2022; and adopting findings of fact.

Proposal No. 2003-113, amending Sections 11.02.040 and 11.02.050 of the Pierce County Code to create exemption for timber and forest lands from surface water management service charges; to create a minimum 10 percent credit for sites with a rainwater harvest system; and setting an effective date.

Other Items
Motion to certify the following Budget Certification, and instruct the Clerk of the Council to forward the Certification to the Pierce County Assessor-Treasurer’s Office, pursuant to Revised Code of Washington 84.52.020;

Proclamations/Awards
Proposal No. R2003-134, proclaiming the month of October 2003 as Parent Teacher Association Membership Month in Pierce County; encouraging its citizens to applaud the work of the Washington State Parent Teacher Association throughout this county; and join them in their work advocating for children and youth.

Ordinances
Proposal No. 2003-77, vacating a portion of Park Junction Road right-of-way located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 15 North, Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the Elbe area.

Proposal No. 2003-78, levying an assessment in 2003, for collection in 2004, against land in Pierce County for the control of noxious weeds.

Proposal No. 2003-79, vacating a portion of 192nd Street East, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 3 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the Spanaway area.

Proposal No. 2003-85, vacating Horseshoe Road East and a portion of Trek Drive East located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 17 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the Clear Lake area.
Proposal No. 2003-96, amending Chapter 1.28 of the Pierce County Code, “Rules of Procedure – Pierce County Council” by adopting clarifying and technical changes.
