On July 10, City Council members are scheduled to hear the first reading of an ordinance that would improve the process for remediating graffiti. The proposed amendments to the Municipal Code relating to graffiti and public nuisances would utilize the abatement and civil penalties process for graffiti, would provide enforcement alternatives and would define graffiti as a public nuisance.
