The total amount due and owing on the Judgment through January 19, 2016, is $446,060.61 consisting of the following: the judgment amount of $441,199.01 principal and interest; $2,930.00 awarded for attorneys' fees; $1,931.60 awarded for costs; Post-judgment interest accruing after January 19, 2016, at the rate of 5.310% per annum, of $17,368.89 ($79.31 per diem x 219 days); pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Judgment, post-judgment amounts advanced for attorneys' fees, and costs for publication and Sheriff's fees of an unknown amount.
