LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 5727 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Ordinance No.28244 of the City of Tacoma, a roll has been placed in my hands for the collection of the assessment levied for: the construction of 8-inch water mains along South 69th Street, from Madison to Durango Streets; and along Proctor Street, from South 69th Street north approximately 250 feet. Said assessment may be paid on or before October 17, 2014, but if not paid on or before said date, interest at the estimated rate of six and one quarter percent (6.25%) per annum will attach, the actual interest rate to be fixed by the ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds for this district.
