Driver killed in fiery crash in Tacoma's Stadium District

Friends and family members left flowers, cards, and personal messages on a public bench near the site of a deadly crash early Sunday morning in Tacoma. According to Tacoma Fire Department officials, a driver was killed after the vehicle crashed into two parked vehicles at a high rate of speed and exploded in a fiery crash that damaged three vehicles and a power pole. The accident occurred at approximately 2:40 a.m. on Sunday morning near the corner of North First Street and Tacoma Avenue North in the Stadium District. Officials have not yet identified the victim. There were no passengers in the vehicle.

UPDATE: Officials have identified the crash victim as 20-year-old Cameron Addleman. A celebration of his life will be held on Sat., Jan. 19, at 10 a.m. at Foursquare Church, 601 Ninth Ave. SE, in Puyallup.
