Submittals will be received and time stamped only at the Purchasing Division, located in the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North, Main Floor, 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. Project Scope: The second phase of this project will improve Milwaukee Way by adding an asphalt overlay from 600' south of Marshall Avenue to the frontage road north of SR509. The curb lanes will be ground out to maintain the existing gutter grades.
