Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the project site, located at 3471 S. 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409, at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, November 30th. Project Scope: This project consists of exterior repairs to the Fire Prevention Bureau, located at 3471 S. 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. The scope of work includes full tear-off of entire roof for preparation of new roof assembly system including; removal and re-installation of existing ducts and HVAC equipment. An additive Alternate to the Base Bid includes selected repairs, replacement, and painting of exterior walls.
