The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, located on the 1st Floor. Project Scope: The project consists of an interior tenant improvement of an existing space. The work includes, but is not limited to interior framing and gypsum board installation, new interior finishes, casework, doors, frames and hardware, electrical and low voltage systems. Alternate bids for refurbishing existing auditorium seating.
