Project Scope: The South 38th Streetscape project improves infrastructure in the Lincoln Business District on South 38th Street from South J Street to South Fawcett Street, and South Yakima and South G Streets from South 37th to South 38th Streets. The project generally includes replacing storm water, sanitary sewer, and water lines, new concrete sidewalks and street sections, vaulted sidewalk work, ADA compliant curb ramps, crosswalks, landscaping and sidewalk furniture, asphalt pavement grind and overlay, and traffic signal and streetlight improvements.
