City of Tacoma Notice of Public Hearing October 26, 2016 On Thursday, December 1, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., the Hearing Examiner will conduct a hearing on the request to vacate a portion of the alley between East 28th and East 29th Streets, between Portland Avenue and East R Street, abutting and adjacent to Puyallup Tribal property, for a new multi-level garage structure, casino, hotel, and restaurant.
