City of Tacoma Notice of Public Hearing January 12, 2017 On Thursday, February 16, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., the Hearing Examiner will conduct a hearing on the request to vacate a sub surface portion of Court E, lying between South 13th and South 15th Streets, to accommodate the Petitioner's existing building wall. (Alma Mater, LLC; File No. 124.1375) This hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market Street, Tacoma, Washington.
