Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at Tacoma Municipal Building, Room 138, 747 Market Street, April 4, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. Project Scope: This roadway project involves pavement removal, roadway excavation, minor grading, paving with HMA over gravel for approximately 22 city blocks in the Fern Hill area of Tacoma. The work also includes constructing wedge curbs, concrete and asphalt ramps, replacing signage, sanitary sewer spot repairs, minor sanitary and storm sewer replacements, and new storm sewer extensions.
