Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 9, 2016 at the Center for Urban Waters, Commencement Bay Conference Room 101, 326 East D Street, Tacoma, WA 98421. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to answer questions about this solicitation and any special or technical requirements, as well as the City's SBE and LEAP goals. Project Scope: This contract shall generally consist of the construction of approximately 785 linear feet of 8-inch diameter wastewater sewer main, 120 linear feet of 10-inch diameter wastewater main and associated manholes; the construction of approximately 355 linear feet of 15-inch diameter storm sewer mains and associated curb inlet structures and manholes; and surface restoration including the replacement of cement concrete curb and gutter and HMA pavement. All of this work is in within the vicinity of the Stadium District Neighborhood. The project will also include the reconstruction of approximately 365 square yards of cement concrete pavement in North 27th Street, east of Junett Street.
