BCPA update, six-year transportation plan focus of study session

Members of the City Council are scheduled Oct. 9 to receive an update from David Fischer, executive director of the Broadway Center for Performing Arts (BCPA), which will include a one-year review of BCPA’s new agreement with the City and an overview of their strategic plan. Secondly, Council members will hear a joint presentation from Karen Larkin, assistant director of Public Works, and budget officer, Amy Palmer, about the Six-Year Comprehensive Transportation Program. The presentation will include an overview of the program and a review of the funds used to account for the various components of the program.

The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, Room 16.
