Allen Mason's "Star of Destiny" was his way of expressing his view of the city as a center of ever-expanding, near explosive, pulsing potential with opportunities and advantages from rail lines and ample resources to “The grass stays green all winter”, “Ideal for Retired Capitalists”, "The 'Naples' of  America" and “No poisonous bugs or reptiles”.
